This is a work in progress. Currently getting my head around record and learning a completely new way of developing tracks. This stem is an alternative breaks mix that has not yet been eq/ed nor any post effects added. One really powerful editing feature of record is the ablility to take multiple takes of a bar or loop and easily cut this up to use elements from different takes. hendrix used to do this with his solo's. record makes it a breeze..... watch this space.
i might add a little bit of a speculator. the only significant limitation i consistently find with reason is the limited sample manipulation capabilities. all indications are suggesting that the ppheads are developing/extending the sampler capabilities within reason. it appears they put an ad in a newspaper in sweden looking for samplers. this was posted as a comment on one of the developers blogs....bring it! -> http://www.propellerheads.se/company/crew/index.cfm?fuseaction=dsp_plan_...
