Downsampling mp3s

So...  I've popped 2 tracks up in the tmp folder...
When I go to create audio content I get this message:

Create Audio

The following errors where encountered while reading the file's ID3 tags:
  • Could not open file ""
This file is not compatible with the Flash audio player. Flash can only play MP3 files with a sample rate of 11, 22 or 44KHz.

As you know, I do my conversions in Audacity, which AFAIK doesn't give you any options for sample-rates...
Also, I never got to specify a file...  I just clicked create content->audio, and it spat that message out at me...

am I stupid?
