Previously a solo performer , now Ive seen the light with a recent test run of the throbgoblin vs base electron experiment & future live shows will be in this format where possible.

Back into it after a year or 2 hiatus with a renewed love for mutant basslines and a passion for using ableton live + midi controllers as DJ tools.

Throbgoblin is a music and sound producer based in Newcastle Australia.Working with a variety of audio production tools including-software and hardware sequencers & synthesizers including reason,ableton live,VSTi's,mc505,korg ms-50 & the miraculous Jupiter 6 + instruments including bass guitar,didgeridoo,percussion,recorded sound & sampling.

Active in the Outdoor / DIY party scene on the East Coast of NSW since 1993 as a performer,event co-ordinator,party goer and production tech,now a lazy part time party person who goes surfing off Newcastle's Nobbys Reef ..... a lot.
