VOID/3DWORLD DJ COMP TO SUPPORT SKREAM & BENGA
Ever dreamt of supporting two of the world’s biggest Dubstep DJ’s…Well listen up because Void and 3d World are on the hunt for fresh new talent. They are giving the chance for one lucky DJ to support the two biggest acts in Dubstep - Skream and Benga.
The winner will be playing alongside three of Australia’s best Dubstep DJ’s, Harmonic 313, Paul Fraser and Victim, as well as UK Dubstep heavyweights Skream and Benga at The Gaelic Club on the 2nd January 2010. And if that isn’t enough, they will also receive a full-page feature in 3dworld, get their winning set played on Bondi FM and also get two of their mates into the gig for free. All is not lost if you don’t win though, two runners up will also get free entry into the show!
The competition is open to any up and coming DJs who haven’t played at a Void event or regularly on the club circuit. To enter just send a link of your 30 minute mix to competitions @voidsound.com as well as a photo and short description about yourself. Applications close on Christmas Day and the winner will be announced at 12pm on the 27th December via the Void website.
So what are you waiting for…get mixing and good luck!!

playing music that is least likely to be in other peoples sets is definitely the go . play the tracks you think are wicked & you cant go wrong. at best we get to read about you in 3d world at worst it wont be what they are looking for but you will have fun mixing it.
derail thee dubstep bandwagon & play the wierdest stuff you have.
::: dig your own rabbit hole :::
to play a pile of unreleased stuff, and give 'em something different, or to play it safe and give 'em the shit they know and love...
WWMD?
(what would mutants do?)
